[Do the Mario!]

Wow, I'm In Disbelief

That somehow I have overlooked a review of this animation for over 6 years! Well, for starters, this is one of my "NewGrounds Origionals", meaning a movie I saw on NG within the first year I started frequenting the site, and one of the movies that persuaded me to make a gold account for myself.
There are a lot of things I love about this movie, for starters it's an AWESOME video game/Video game cartoon parody, the song is obviously nostalgic for anyone born before 1990. The animation, some might call crude, but I think looks GREAT and synchs to a T with the song, which is something that you dont see done correctly with most of the newer movies.
Some people who use the next best thing and the latest and greatest flash would say that this animation is below par, and I disagree. It has that charm that the newer flashes that people SLAVE over for months doesnt have... It actually looks like someone made it by hand and its actually FUNNY. It may not be as pleasing to the eye as some of the newer mario brothers parodies, but it is WAY funnier than those other films. This film DESERVES the 10 I am giving it. Keep up the good work and please stay old school!

[Liar the Pirate]

An AMAZING Movie!

I remember this being one of the NG classics for me, one of the movies that finally persuaded me to get a newgrounds gold account. Its been over six years since the debut of this movie, and I guess its about that time for me to review it. What can I say about liar the pirate that hasnt already been said by the thousands of other people that have seen it?
I remember showing this to the mother of my kid and laughing at it hard with her, the both of us commenting on the amazing animation, the way the voices are synched flawlessly to the animation, laughing really loud at 3am in my parents house while she rubbed her pregnant belly and ate popcorn with me. Its one of those sweet memories I get from the what I call "NewGrounds Origionals", the movies I saw within the first year I started visiting the site. To this day this is an animation I reccomend to people who tell me they are bored and on the internet and whom ask me what a good website is to kill time. I tell them NG, and I send them links to my favorite movies, and I always make sure theres a link to this one.
There is nothing but fond memories that come to me when I recall watching this movie with friends and family. I thank you for an amazing movie, and for this particular movie's contribution to my fond memories of this website. You ought to be proud of yer work, it is truly one of the few that deserve a perfect score.

[Alien Ninjas: Works Bomb]

Excellent!

Not only was that one of the best, well animated movies I've seen in a long time, that was the best preloader I've ever seen on a flash movie. It's the first time I ever cracked up looking at a PRELOADER. This movie is fun. The whole time you watch it yer having a good time and giggling, this is a stellar movie, above average work, and you deserve a pat on the back for this. You said you worked a long time on it and it SHOWS. AWESOME JOB, dude!

[Kirby Fun Flash]

Pretty Good.

This was a pretty good sprite animation. It was good, not great, tho. My only problem with it isnt the animation (The animation is actually really solid, quite fluid in the movements) or the sound (Sounded crisp, easy to hear and went along with the action), it was the fact that there was absolutely no background in the movie. I think if you added a BG to yer next flick, yer movies would go from "Good" to "Great".

Such an Awesome Movie!

I've been waiting for the "Box Set" of this series to come out all month! This is the best halloween flash out there. Ther animation is great and the stories are funny. GREAT shorts. 5/5

This is by far my absolute favorite KK movie on NG. Great animation, and a great message. And Im not just saying that cus Im a member, Im also saying it because they have a gun to m-BANG!

Let me explain why Im 5ing this

Not trying to sound condescending (Believe me dude, Im in the KK) but Ive seen a lot of stuff better and worse than this that didnt smack of effort like this does. Even though the animation isnt amazing, you can tell you actually took tyhe time to work on this. My voting power is about 8 votes, my big brother ( DNS ) is about 6 votes. [Paranoid Boy Party]

A Perfect 10

As a smoker I enjoyed this. I'm sure all of us (Smokers) have gone through something similar. As a viewer, I loved the comedy, the animation, the sound, it was a well made movie. As a dad I really liked the message about this, I didnt know that people died from cigarettes that often, and I am glad there are toons out there like this one to raise awareness of something dangerous that can be prevented easily.
This was an awesome movie and for a first flash it is EXCELLENT. Pat yerself on the back, you DEFINITELY deserve it.

This Was the Best Movie I've Ever Seen.

That was utterly beautiful. My congrats for this movie, which will tug at the heartstrings of even the most jaded NG user. The animation was so beautiful and fluid that you forget that yer watching a flash movie. This is why flash sites are created, so that every once in a while someone can come along and create something meaningful, beautiful and creative.
If NG had a yearly award, I would hope that this flash movie would win "Best Picture". My kudos to you, this movie DEFINITELY deserves to be where it is, right at the TOP of the portal.
